Brian Park Technology of Arts DATA+360x time-lapse video sequences shot at various locations in Korea are randomly played in an 8x6 grid arrangement reminiscent of CCTV. Each location was randomly selected by the author, and each video has a timestamp and filming location at the bottom.
This exhibition addresses the contradictory aspects of CCTV and observation, and addresses the issue of balancing individual privacy and security through the role of the watcher.
As these technologies develop, it will be a time to think about how they will be used in our lives, where they will be used, and what conflicts they may cause.
