About

What is the meaning of our existence in the post-human era and what is the role of
humans in technological progress? When machines not only integrate into our lives, but
also penetrate deeply into the physiological level, the domesticated relationship between
humans and machines gradually emerges. The incomprehensible code on the display
screen has become a symbol of the highly logical thinking of the machine. When machines
and human thinking sit side by side, how do we reposition ourselves to ensure that in this
integration, the essence of human beings is not erased?

I am Zhang Yiqin, a senior student from the Department of Mobile Media, School of Experimental Art, Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts. I have a good grasp of basic theoretical knowledge and actively participate in practice. From 3d modeling to device design, I try my best to practice. I often make good use of video to present my works. My research direction is mainly to explore the relationship between artificial intelligence, post-human and nature. In my
sophomore and junior years, I designed and produced two graduation posters for the department under the command of my mentor. I also had the honor to participate in the Chongqing International Light and Shadow Art Festival competition with my mentor team. I participated in the short video contest in Tianjin and won the third place. I hope I can participate in more competitions, hone myself and create better works.
