It is a great pleasure to celebrate the opening of the 26th AIIF Advanced Imaging International Festival.

The 2025 AIIF has been organized as an international platform for academic and artistic exchange, bringing together artists, researchers, and students from around the world. Under the theme “AI^ver.6.0: Neuromancer’s Dream,” this year’s festival explores new horizons of perception and cognition shaped by the intersections of artificial intelligence, art, and society. It presents a meaningful opportunity to reflect on the role of art and the value of human imagination in the age of AI.

The coming era will be one in which human sensitivity, creativity, and technology harmoniously converge. As the boundaries between art and science continue to blur, new forms of culture and industry will emerge. In response to these changes, Chung-Ang University has been nurturing future-oriented creative talents through its ‘Culture Technology’ education, which integrates AI with diverse academic disciplines.

Based on this educational philosophy, this year’s festival serves as a meaningful platform for sharing imaginative visions of a future where human-centered technology and art expand and coexist. Chung-Ang University will continue to lead creative future industries through the convergence of AI and the arts, and remain committed to supporting AIIF as it grows into a truly global festival.
